Shipping and returns
We
aim to despatch all goods within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders will
be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm. Orders received
at the weekend will be despatched the next working day. Standard Delivery is by
2nd Class Post. Please note this is not a guaranteed service, allow up to 10
working days for delivery.
We always send an e-mail to the e-mail address you submitted to inform you when
your order has been dispatched. If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable
time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay,
ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity
to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can
be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten
working days you should contact us. Over 40% of lost parcels are often just
waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office,
so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered
and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
We take no responsibility for the non-receipt or loss of goods when delivered
with special instructions to Royal Mail at the time of ordering, eg: "if
not in leave under the mat". Any deliveries that have not been received
and include such instructions will not be subject to refund or replacement.
Returns policy
To return a faulty product you must first obtain a return authorisation number,
this is obtained by emailing us at sales@cartridgebox.com
The following information must be included in the email; the reason for your
return, your original order number or invoice number and the date of order.
When you return your product please include the invoice with your return, and
wrap the package securely. (Usually the packaging that they arrive in can be
used for the return)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The maximum postage refunded for
any recorded item refunded will be £1.80. We will replace faulty product or
refund back to a credit card if this is the option you select. Please note that
our returns policy is only valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.

Is your
printer warranty void if you use a recycled cartridge? The answer in No. To
quote Hewlett Packard (and we have no evidence that any other manufacturer
would act differently) "The use of non-Hewlett Packard toner cartridges
does not affect either the Warranty or any maintenance contract purchased from
HP."In the extremely unlikely event that a Cartridge Box cartridge caused damage
to a printer we would reimburse for any damage caused by our defective
workmanship. A letter from the manufacturer or a recognised servicing company
detailing how the use of a Cartridge Box product caused the damage we would be
required.
Privacy
No information is
sold to anyone about visitors to CartridgeBox.com when visiting any Internet
site, your unique address called an "IP address" is
recorded. CartridgeBox.com does not release any information about the
collection of this address to any third party. Any information that
is used by CartridgeBox.com is used for it’s own statistical analysis and to
aid customers in there shopping experience by pre filling form so customers do
